We will provide innovative, cost-effective and responsive legal representation to our clients, by thoroughly and systematically assisting in the referral, detection and investigation of questionable claims. We will vigorously defend those claims determined to be fraudulent. Our philosophy that fraudulent claims should not be compromised based solely on the rational that it is less expensive to pay an individual fraudulent claim than defend it.
