 Dispute Resolution
We advocate the use of Alternative Dispute Resoultion (ADR) as a means of handling litigation efficiently often
with significant cost and time savings. We recognize that not all cases are
appropriate. However, when a joint informed decision has been reached between
counsel, client, and insurer or third party administrator to utilize ADR on a
particular case, we as defense counsel are usually the first to suggest ADR and to
propose the names of appropriate mediators or arbitrators. |
